Remuneration
The regulations governing the public sector apply to all employment relationships. This means transparent and fair terms and conditions for you.
The collective bargaining provisions of the public sector (TVöD Bund) apply to all employment relationships.
The salary of civil servants is determined in accordance with the regulations for federal civil servants.

Special payments and other financial benefits
Employees covered by the collective agreement receive an annual special payment in addition to their monthly salary. For civil servants, this is incorporated proportionally into their monthly pay.
Employees also have the option of receiving capital-forming benefits.
The SPK supports the private retirement planning of its employees covered by the collective agreement through a company pension plan administered by the Federal and State Pension Fund (VBL).
Employees benefit from a subsidy for public transportation passes, including the Deutschlandticket Job.
