Working hours
The Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz offers a wide range of flexible work arrangements in accordance with operational needs.
The Foundation facilitates flexible work schedules and part-time options. Employees can thus adapt their work hours to their personal circumstances.
The standard workweek is currently 39 hours for employees covered by collective bargaining agreements and 41 hours for civil servants. A work schedule ranging from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. offers flexibility to optimally balance professional and personal obligations.
With accumulated time credits, a maximum of 24 flex days is possible annually.
Depending on the area of responsibility, there is the option to work remotely.

The SPK grants 30 days of vacation per year.
In addition, there are other options for leave, such as special leave.
The Foundation offers the opportunity for a sabbatical—for new perspectives and personal development.
