Central Procurement Services
The Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation’s procurement procedures for the provision of construction, service and supply contracts are carried out in accordance with the applicable public procurement regulations:
- Act against Restrictions on Competition
- Regulation on the Award of Public Contracts
- Procurement and Contract Regulations for Construction Works
- Regulation on the Award of Concessions
- Regulations on Below-Threshold Procurement
In organisational terms, procurement procedures are carried out by the Central Procurement Office and several decentralised procurement offices.
Public procurement procedures are published via the German Procurement Portal.
Notifications and enquiries regarding a procurement procedure must be submitted exclusively via the e-procurement platform or to the contact addresses specified in the tender documents.
