German-American exchange programme for provenance research: Apply now for 2018!
Press release from 06/15/2017
The German-American Exchange Programme for Provenance Research has been running since the beginning of 2017. The three-year programme is aimed at provenance researchers, curators, archivists and other museum professionals. Interested parties can apply for the 2018 intake until 15 September 2017.
The "German-American Provenance Exchange Programme for Museum Professionals (PREP)" aims to establish a joint transatlantic network and thus make provenance research on the Nazi era in both countries more efficient in future. The participants of each year meet for one workshop in the United States and one in Germany. After a successful kick-off meeting in New York in February, the first cohort will meet again in Berlin in September 2017. In 2018, the meetings will take place in Los Angeles and Munich.
