Call for Papers: “Fashion as a Profession” Symposium on 18 and 19 February 2027

In collaboration with the Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg (HAW, Hamburg University of Applied Sciences) and the Zurich Hochschule der Künste (ZHdK, Zurich University of the Arts), the Kunstbibliothek (Art Library) of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin is organising the symposium “Fashion as a Profession: The Establishment of Academic Fashion Courses in German-Speaking Region fromc.1910 until the 1970s” on 18 and 19 February 2027 in the lecture hall at the Kulturforum. Free attendance with prior registration. Proposals for conference papers may be submitted until 31August 2026.
