At its annual press conference today, the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation provided information about its plans for the coming year. Together with the directors of the five institutions, Hermann Parzinger took stock of 2014 and provided information on new projects, developments and exhibitions.

As every year, the annual press conference focussed on the SPK's planning and construction activities at its various locations. The foundation also provided comprehensive information about its activities and collaborations in the field of cultural heritage protection. Other highlighted topics were research and provenance research as well as new acquisitions. The director of the Nationalgalerie, Udo Kittelmann, reported on the donation of 104 works of contemporary art to the Nationalgalerie.
