Construction
The Construction Department represents the SPK as the building owner in all planning and construction matters. For this purpose, it is the central point of contact for the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media and the federal and state authorities involved. It is responsible for the site management of the Museumsinsel Berlin as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, heads the special building maintenance programme and the development of CAFM.
