Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation moderately raises admission prices at the Kulturforum and the Alte Nationalgalerie

At the turn of the year, admission to Friedrichswerder Church will also be subject to a charge - New entrance situations
Kulturforum: From 1 October 2025, the price of the Kulturforum ticket, valid for all exhibitions and museums at the site, i.e. the Picture Gallery, Art Library, Museum of Decorative Arts, Museum of Prints and Drawings, New National Gallery and Musical Instrument Museum, will be raised slightly from €20 to a regular €22 / reduced €11. Months ago, the price of the entrance ticket for the Neue Nationalgalerie had already risen from €16 to €20.
Alte Nationalgalerie: The Alte Nationalgalerie house ticket will be increased from the current €14 to €16 from 24 October 2025 in conjunction with the special exhibition "The Scharf Collection: Goya - Monet - Cézanne - Bonnard - Grosse". Excluding special exhibitions, the regular admission price for the Alte Nationalgalerie will be €14 instead of the current €12. This will bring the Alte Nationalgalerie in line with the other museums on Museum Island, where admission tickets already cost €14.
Friedrichswerder Church: From the turn of the year 2025/2026, admission to the Friedrichswerder Church will be €6 / reduced €3. An exact date for compulsory admission to the Friedrichswerder Church cannot yet be given, as the technical requirements must first be met.
Admission to the exhibitions at the Ethnological Museum and the Museum of Asian Art in the Humboldt Forum will be compulsory from 3 October 2025.
A few more notes on individual entrances:
From 7 October, the Kolonnadenhof entrance to the Neues Museum can only be used with a valid admission ticket. The main entrance to the Neues Museum with all service functions will then be the James-Simon-Galerie.
From 8 October, the Piazzetta entrance to the Kunstgewerbemuseum will be closed. The sole entrance with all service functions will then be the entrance via the Central Entrance Hall of the Kulturforum.
