In January 2020 Alice Koegel became the newest member on the curatorial staff of the Nationalgalerie at Hamburger Bahnhof – Museum für Gegenwart – Berlin.

Alice Koegel is an art historian and curator. She studied art history, classical archaeology and education in Marburg, London and Cologne. From 2004 to 2006 Koegel was a research assistant at the Museum Ludwig Köln, where two of the exhibitions she curated were Peter Doig.
